All the following items are purchased from reputable retailers, fitted by professional installers and carry a 1-3 year retail/ manufacturers guarantee.
We oversee the installation and ensure the work is completed including any remedial work and complies with all developers requirements.
Air Conditioning Your first port of call should be with your developer but if you do not have that facility we will happily provide you with this service. We will confirm with your developer the agreed placement for the condensors. Prices start at 400€ for hot and cold units (9000btu) which includes full instalation. You will need to service the units once a year to maintain the manufacturers 3 year guarantee.
Satellite System
To recieve English, French, Arabic and other national channels you will require a satellite decoder and dish.
The price of 275€ includes fitting and a one year guarantee.
TV and DVD
As a guide electrical items are 15% higher in Morocco than the rest of Europe, however any of your requirements can be met from portable to the latest 42" LCD, standard DVD player to Blu-Ray. When you are ready to order we will inform you of what is available and any special offers that retailers are offering.
If you require your Tv to be wall mounted the cost will be 180€, this includes chanelling out, bracket and shelf for decoder/ DVD and remedial work.
Water Boilers
Either gas or electric water boilers are available from 200€, installation and 1 year guarantee included.
Please remember already included in our full furniture packs are washing machine, fridge freezer, snagging list, lock change, installation of light fittings, toilet fittings, curtain poles, bedding, cutlery etc. All installed and ready to go.
